George W. Bush recently signed into law a bill which provides a criminal penalty of up to two years in prison for posting anonymous messages to blogs or sending emails without using your real name with the intent to "annoy" the recepient.

I guess I won't be reading you tube comments anymore. Shit dude, that was half my day at work.
I still don't fully understand what constitutes a flame. For instance, If you go on you tube and leave an anonymous comment that said, "That was stupid," would that get you fined?
The ambiguity of the term 'annoy' seems to be the critical problem of this legislation. I am sure that the Congress had decent enough intentions - providing for punishment for cyber-bullying - but their solution is poorly thought out.
