Tommy Bowden Resigns

Tommy Bowden resigned effective immediately at the request of President
Bush. Bowden will now become the head of FEMA.
Bush said that he was impressed by the way Bowden evacuated 70,000
people from Tiger Stadium last Saturday in less than an hour.
