For anyone else who's following the FISA Telecom Immunity debate

I say "anyone else" 'cause I know Jon's got this shit on lockdown.

I know that the telecom immunity provisions of the FISA bill under consideration is what we have focused on in this blog, but in addition, there are very frightening issues regarding intelligence gathering. It is complex, but Russ Feingold (aka American Hero) simplifies it.
