Infamy

On the morning of December 7th, 1941, the Imperial Japanese Navy attacked the US Pacific Fleet stationed at Pearl Harbor. They rolled 1's and 2's, but forgot to bring a transport with dudes, and so missed out on that solid 1 IPC gain.
