It may be the shit, but think about it: this is the first day of its release; the product is almost certainly going to have some problems. If you are into dealing with buggy stuff, then by all means go for it. If, on the other hand, you prize smooth functioning, you probably would be better off waiting for a few weeks.
Well they have release like 7 beta versions and then RC1 and RC2 and RC3.. I've been running RC3 for about a week. and RC2 at home for almost 2 weeks. I haven't had many problems at all. Some addons will not be compatible but as for stability and speed its the shit.
