Chris Dodd of Connecticut, former boyfriend of Princess Leia and candidate for the Democratic presidential nomination, has informed Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid that he will be placing a legislative hold on the FISA bill providing retroactive immunity for telecommunications companies that provided communication information to the US government.
